Dear Mr Warren,
It is a diaphanous space which is permeated on all fronts, consisting in cycles of demolition and construction; neither one nor the other, open and closed, making the function of the building irrelevant in all other senses than that of the activities which book-end it. Hostility and benevolence can never be considered separately and should never be considered oppositely.
